The Rexburg Police Department Investigations Division’s primary responsibility is investigating and solving complex criminal cases. The division assists with crime prevention, educating the public, and training in various disciplines of law enforcement. Detectives within the division are specialized in investigating cases of: Theft, Robbery, Fraud, Arson, Child Abuse, Sexual Assault, Death Investigations, Drug Investigations, Domestic Violence, Missing Persons, and Officer Involved Shootings. They consist of some of the most seasoned and experienced officers in the Department.
