These benefits are only available to employees who are regular full-time or other employees who have worked for the city for at least 5 years. Benefits can be extended to the employee's spouse and their immediate unmarried children living with them. This means that the benefits are available for, and must be used by only eligible employees and family members.

Recreation
Carousel
The City of Rexburg offers carousel passes to their employees to allow them and their families to ride throughout the summer months. The Idaho Centennial Carousel is Idaho's only antique wooden carousel. It is one of 170 antique wooden carousels still existing in the United States. It has authentic carousel music from an organ run on paper rolls, providing old-fashioned original sounds.

Rexburg Races
Rexburg Races offers multiple options to get you and your family active. Every June, Rexburg Races puts on the famous Teton Dam Marathon, which includes a traditional Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and a kid's race. This is a fun event for the whole family. Rexburg Rapids
Rexburg Rapids opened its gates in 2011. As an employee of the City of Rexburg, you can take full advantage of this facility by using your Recreation Benefits to purchase a Rexburg Rapids punch pass. These passes can be used for any member of your family. Along with the punch passes you can take advantage of swim lessons and other fun water classes.
