Renew and Pay a Business Registration

In 2024, the City of Rexburg converted to New Business Registration Software.  The renewal invoices were mailed out late at the end of January.  This year they will be due on the 22nd of February 2024.

Please Fill Out Your Business Registration and Wastewater Discharge Information Form Online

Find our Business Renewal forms page to complete your annual Business Registration Renewal and Wastewater Discharge Information Form online. You may enter your Business Registration number and review/update your business information as well as your wastewater discharge information as required by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

 You May Now Pay Your Business Registration Online

Go to Citizen Self Service and Sign Up or Login to your account - this is also the platform to pay your utility bill. 

  1. Click Rexburg Self-Service

  2. Click Business Registration on the left side menu of the page

  3. Link your business to your user account by clicking on Accounts under Business Registration. 

  4. Click on the Link to Account and enter your Business Account ID (This number is on your Invoice and Business Certificate). 

Then you may view and pay your Business License Renewal.  Most Business License Renewals are due by December 31st. 

Short-Term Rental Renewals also have a mandatory Annual Life Safety Certification Form that must be signed and returned to City Hall each year the rental is active showing that they have maintained the Life Safety Standards as per their initial Registration Inspection.  You may download the form below.
