The Treasurer's Report is a financial report that shows the expenses compared to budget at certain periods of the year, as well as the fund balance and cash and investment balance for each respective fund.
A Quarterly Dashboard Report tracks, analyzes and displays key performance indicators, metrics and key data points to monitor the health of the city as a whole. This report provides comparisons of prior years to the current year for specific departments or data.

The Budget Summary Report provides the operating and capital expenses and revenue of the City given through a certain period of time compared to the budget and with a fiscal year annual forecast. A Budget in Brief Report provides financial and budget information regarding a respective fiscal year.
Idaho Code 40-708 requires the certification of road fund disbursements each year. The Road and Street Financial Report is due to the State Controller at the end of each calendar year.
