Premiums are the amount paid for dental insurance every month. In addition to a premium, there may be other costs for your dental care, including a deductible and co-payments.
There are no additional premiums for your vision insurance.
MetLife Dental
The MetLife dental program offers access to a large network of dental providers who have agreed to offer covered services at or below established maximum allowances, and, by choosing an in-network provider, you maximize your dental benefit dollars.
MetLife Vision
The MetLife vision program offers access to two separate plans. Each plan offers a large network of vision providers who have agreed to offer covered services at or below established maximum allowances, and, by choosing an in-network provider, you maximize your vision benefit dollars.
